CITATION STYLE
Citation style should ensure that authorship of all sources (including internet sources) can be identified.
Endnotes should be indicated in-text by superscript Arabic numbers. They should be placed in the Notes section (Bold, 12, aligned left) below the body text. The References section (Bold, 12, aligned left) follows the Notes section and one spare line is added between them.
Sources appear in an alphabetical order according to author surname, without numbering, and no spare lines between the publications.
Each bibliographic description in Cyrillic letters should also be transliterated in Roman script (Bulgarian names and titles should be transliterated in accordance with the Transliteration Act – State Gazette, No 19 of 13 March 2009, amended SG, No 68 of 2 August 2013).

The article will be published if the author:

(a) understands and accepts the Code of Ethics of the Education and Qualification journal, and gives his/her written consent for the publication of the article in an electronic form;

b) complies with the requirements for article formatting, developed by the members of the International Editorial Board in accordance with the standards of the world system of referencing, indexing and evaluation, adopted by the Council of the Department for Continuing Education and Qualification of Educators at St Cyril and St Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo.

c) has submitted for discussion the final version of his/her article to the teaching/scientific and education staff of the institution in which he/she works and has received a written decision with a proposal to the International Editorial Board for its publication in the Education and Qualification journal.

d) has received two positive reviews from the board members of anonymous and independent reviewers, one external and one internal;

e) has participated in a CPDseminar with the other authors of articles to be included in the issue in preparation, and complies with the decisions made at the seminar.
