About Us
The International Centre for Bulgarian Studies (ICBS) is a structural unit of St.Cyril and St Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo, with its specific activity supported by the Ministry of Education and Science as part of the teaching, research and international activity. The main purpose of ICBS is to strengthen the Bulgarian studies abroad through educational, research, applied and publishing programs. ICBS is a partner of those institutions which are concerned about the Bulgarian education in the academic and cultural space in Europe and worldwide.
